![]() ![]() I'm not a story person unless it's not the main point of the game. Again maybe 10 to 15 hours or so into the game when I had basically rounded up enough stuff to make most of what was needed to begin the exploration part of the game and then I just lost all interest. Now if you build your game around the action and have some other stuff to do as well like ES2 does, then that's my jam.Īnother game that I might compare it to would be Subnautica and again I did enjoy Subnautica until I got so far and then got bored. If you build your game around that I won't be playing it for long. I can take that stuff in small doses, but it doesn't last. I've heard that most of the worlds do not contain hostiles, it's more just exploration, gathering materials, construction of items, etc. Starfield might have enough of that for me, but I kinda doubt it. I prefer my games to be about the action. I'm not really interested in seeing what's out there. Typically speaking I'm more of an action person than an explorer person. I played that and I enjoyed it for about 10 hours or so maybe and then I was bored. Starfield to me looks very similar to No Mans Sky. Well I recently found out that it's going to be on Gamepass day one, so I'll be giving it a try since I won't have to pay anything extra for it, but whether or not I'll really like/play it is still up in the air for me.īasically it comes to general feel of the game. Why, Pappy? Because it's Bethesda? I guess I must have missed this when you posted it. I won't be playing it regardless of mods or not. Originally posted by Pappy:Starfield is a completely different game. Thing is, modding could be enabled for only QOL things, or go as far as bethesda, and let it be anything, assets, textures, 3d models, animations and so on, if that were to happen this game would get new spaceships, new game modes, new story, new planets, maybe even better flying physics. Personally, im not creative enough to imagine what kind of Mods would/could improve your Game to a degree, where sharing your Tools for Mod-support would be justified. I saw a Thread where a MacOS User asks, if your Game will be on that System too.Ĭould you provide a rough roadmap of "if this happens, we can do that"? ![]() Thats normal for a Game that got released not long ago. What would be the Requirements for implementation? I have read that you're working on the Console-Version right now, so i understand that this is your Focus right now, next to Bug-Fixes. You say its "nice to have, but not planned". Sorry to bring this Thread up again, but on behalf of the Players who think that every Game should be able to be modded, i would like to ask something: Originally posted by Geekbyte:Mod support is on the "would be nice to have" list but not currently planned.
